HailTrigger keeps appointment/service consent separate from marketing consent. We send appointment scheduling, reminders, and service follow-up only to people who select the service-text checkbox. We send inspection offers and marketing updates only to people who separately select the marketing checkbox.
Opt-in path
- A homeowner opens a public property or booking page after scanning a campaign QR code or following a campaign link.
- The homeowner enters their name, phone number, preferred inspection window, and preferred contact method.
- Two optional SMS checkboxes are visible near the submit button, and both are unchecked by default. The service-text checkbox and the marketing checkbox are separate; selecting one does not select the other.
- If the homeowner selects the service-text checkbox, HailTrigger may send appointment and service messages. If the homeowner separately selects the marketing checkbox, the marketing consent record is stored for this marketing program.
